Warsaw, June 9, 2007 -- Totalserve Management Ltd celebrated on Saturday, June 9, the opening of their new office premises in Warsaw.

Totalserve has been operating in Poland since 2004 under the name of Totalserve (Polska) sp. z o.o. The official opening of the firm’s newly acquired self-owned office, coincided with the firm’s 35-year anniversary celebrations and as such attracted a considerable number of the firm’s professional associates and clients from Poland and abroad.

Addressing a cocktail reception to mark the event, Totalserve Chairman, Peter G. Economides, pointed out that “our 35-year anniversary represents a momentous occasion for us. What better way to celebrate than here in picturesque Warsaw, at our new office gardens among so many friends and associates.”

Economides explained that the Warsaw Office had been established for the purpose of providing personalized corporate, trust and tax services to foreign and local companies as well as high net worth individuals throughout Poland.

Pointing at the Warsaw Office’s Manager, Richard Wernick, Economides said that “our operations here have so far exhibited spectacular results as well as tremendous potential for further future growth,” elaborating that “the office has so far registered a 130% increase in company incorporations in 2006, compared to the year before, while projections for 2007 are equally impressive and the increase is expected to reach 190%.”

Economides added that the office’s success necessitated better and bigger offices, therefore, late last year the firm acquired its own premises out of which to operate.

Totalserve’s new Warsaw office is housed in a villa dating from 1938 on Racławicka Street and is currently being sensitively renovated to keep its character and original features at the same time with being upgraded to a functional, efficient and technologically advanced financial services centre.
