Limassol, October 2006 –Totalserve Management Ltd’s Moscow Manager, Inna Grigoriants, flanked by George Zambartas, Senior Legal Consultant at Economides, Dionysiou & Co, Totalserve’s associated law firm, recently traveled to St. Petersburg to address a yearly shipping seminar themed, Ship Owner: Managing a Business.

The event was organized by the Russia-based Remedy Law Firm and attracted more than 70 shipping professionals and representatives from Russian and Ukrainian companies.

Grigoriants focused on the particulars of International Tax Planning via Cyprus while Zambartas offered delegates an inside look into Ship Finance with an emphasis on new builds.

The seminar was preceded by yet another high end event in Odessa Ukraine a month earlier, also organized by Remedy Law Firm. The event, themed Practice of Maritime Business: Sharing Experience, was addressed by Totalserve Chairman, Peter G. Economides, who gave delegates an inside look into Cyprus’ tax planning opportunities as they relate to shipping.  Zambartas who also attended the event spoke on Ship Finance from the Shipowners’ point of view.
